Hi i am currently thinking of building a gaming pc. I currently have a q8200 and a gtx 660 .
My budget is limited to around 350 euros and i do not need a psu or gpu.
I am planning on getting this do i need to change anything?
Cpu:fx 8320
Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P Motherboard
Case : zalman z11 plus
Hdd: i can get a 1tb for 20 euros
Ram: 4x2gb 1066mhz ram its only 26 euros
Thanks for the help

With that budget, it is better to buy:

cpu: FX-6300 - around 100€
mobo: that Gigabyte 970 motherboard - around 60€ I think
case: CoolerMaster Source 210 - around 40€
2x4Gb G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600Mhz - around 80€

total:
280-300€

Leaving you still about 50 - 70€ for new PSU if it is low quality or a good cpu cooler.

Getting a FX-8320 with GTX 660 as gpu, is bad combination.
Also, what is your current PSU?

its a cit 450w its running grand and it is running games fine for me so i wont upgrade it for a while

Change that PSU ASAP. CIT is a dangerous psu model to use.

Even if it does work, it has to be changed. You can get Corsair CX500 for around 50-70€ which would be just fitting on budget.

amm no thats not going to happen anytime soon just because its not corsair dosent mean it isnt good

Corsair isn't that good either, but it is much better than the CIT.
By using that psu, you are putting your whole system in danger.

It will work in cheap home pc, which has only integrated graphics and some basic cpu.
PC like what you are wanting...will be in danger.

never heard of anyone system blowing up because of their cit psu and i wont be overclocking so its not an issue

Maybe because people usually do not use their psus in medium and higher end pcs.
Low end home pcs will have no problem.

To say it a bit more eloquently - take a look here:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Note CIT is in Tier 5 - do not use.

Is it going to catch fire and burn to the ground? No it won't. I've used junk PSU's like that that have lasted reliably for years - in the past. However a lot of todays equipment is sensitive to power and draws more than ever. As well that PSU is only 450watt and its low quality and efficiency rating means it could be putting out as little as 300-350 watts. Thats "just enough", especially if you get an AMD FX series CPU as they require 125 watts alone to run at max speed. It will work, but eventually (especially if you upgrade the GPU) you will be underpowering the PC. This can lead to at a minimum crashes while you're playing games, at worst damage to your components.

Look we don't mean to be rude here, but this place tends to be overzealous with advice, Its all coming from a good place as everyone here has BTDT a bunch of times and is trying to help you not make our mistakes.
