how do i fix windows update

start cmd.exe as an admin, then run
sfc.exe /scannow
if there are corrupt files run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
if you have a pirate version of windows the hack might be wiped out and you will have to activate with a valid non pirate key.
