Hey there, I'm getting a new laptop and don't want to spend too much. I've narrowed it down to two, the MSI GP60 2PE and the Novatech nSpire N1593. I'm mainly going to be gaming on it and I need a laptop which will run GTA V without too much lag.

Could you please help me decide which or recommend another one to buy? Thanks

These should be within your price range, just remember not to get too crazy with the customizations! Only recommended one is the Copper Cooling upgrade and/or thermal compound upgrade. And all of them come standard with 8GB of RAM.
