I turn on my computer asks me to fix or start explorer normally did both comes to a blue screen says fatal error will shut off 5 4 3 2 1 and shuts off and restarts and happens again

What OS are you using? If it's Windows 8/8.1 then enter Advanced Startup Options and choose 'Refresh my PC', this will remove all programs and .exe files but will leave user data alone.

You should try to fix your master boot record on your hard drive next time it boots. Depending on which OS, of course.

I just got the computer and it looks older than windows 7 and I don't have wifi. It's telling me some is connected that's not suppose to I don't know what it is.
