That is my current build, Im still a month away from buying it,

From my opinion I think that the motherboard is a bit of an overkill and I could switch the motherboard for a cheaper version and upgrade the graphics card to 980 TI? What would you suggest me?

All this being said, I was HIGHLY recommend waiting for Skylake. You have nothing to lose by waiting at this point.

5280k is unnecessary for gaming. Being about a month away from purchase, skylake should be close to release, at that point. I would wait for that one. 980ti is a great card, but hopefully we shall see what Fury and Fury Nano have to offer by then. Might see some price shifts, then.

You don't want X99 for a gaming rig - the returns on performance vs. Z97 (soon to be Z170) just aren't worth the additional cost. I also saw no case or PSU listed - are you going to be reusing those?

I would do something like this for your budget:

Yeah I have to wait until the 31st anyway until I get paid so probably few things will change. I am going Uni for 4 years as well, where I will be a broke ass student so I know the processor I am getting is an overkill, that PC will last me for a long time as well I have in mind a particular game Guild Wars 2, which is mostly CPU heavy in 200-300 players fight siege situations.

@g-unit1111

I have a Chief-tec 750W bronze certified from an old rig which isn't blacklisted and didn't burn any components for the past 8 years so I figured out I would stick with it.

A Radeon 6870 HD 2GB, but recently while my graphics card been plugged in it just kind of died? Whenever I put it in it just says that there has been problem with power outage and sometimes nothing appears at all. You just made me realize that I will have to switch that PSU probably as the graphics card I am gonna get will be way better.

I've came up with this but I got £400 over a budget, You guys have any clues what I could go down a bit on, you said processor but I dont want it to affect Guild Wars 2 performance as its really CPU heavy.

Its AMD FX 8320 8-core 3.5GHz
2x4gb ram
6870 HD 2gb ram graphcis card.

In empty areas in wvwvw and small fight the fps are around 30-40 on med details but in a really big zergs in the middle casttle its about 3-5 fps.

The streamer I am watching has i7 5820k and in big zerg fights he has steady FPS without any troubles.

+1; This is probably the best build you can get for under 1500 quids! Try getting an Intel i7-4790K or something rather than the Intel i7-5820K. Also, you could remove the SSD and also go to air cooling if you wish.

Absolutely not - those are some of the worst power supplies on the market. Doesn't matter if it burned any components in the past - you do not want to power any current components with it, especially if you plan on spending over $1500 on it.

I just ordered Corsair 750W 80+ Gold certified so I already buy the small parts in before buyin the big components. I've read the reviews and its seems like one of the better power supplies.
