The processors are (i5 4690k / i5 5576R) Pretty much confused regarding i5 4th Gen and 5th generation processors, I compared the spec and observed that the i5 5th generation spec is not High or equal to i5 4th generation ... As I also noticed that only bus speed of 5thgeneration is higher than the 4th gen, both are same in cost too.. I
don't want to waste my money ..
Need serious professional advice.

Kindly recommend me best gaming motherboard for these processor under 200$ budget.

Solution
They are pretty similar in terms of performance, except that the i5 5thGen is about 5% stronger clock for clock. Second, the iGPU is much more powerful, a little bit more powerful than the top AMD APU. Third, for now, you can only get a soldered i5 Broadwell. Also, a Haswell i5 will work in any h81/87/Z87 to 9 series motherboard, while the Broadwell i5s will only work on 9 series motherboards. Choose any processor you want though, as which one serves you most.

Also, for your motherboard problems, I would advise you to get the Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 7. This is a feature-rich motherboard, with a 6+2 VRM combination which would really help for overclocking.

Hope I helped you!
