Hello guys, please give me advice on what specs i could get on my low-budget ($600USD/27,000PHP) to build a PC. Im playing Dota2 and CS:GO, i want to play it in smooth high settings. I prefer i5 4th gen, with a video card and ssd. And im planning to buy a 22" led monitor. Please help i need specs :(

Thanks for the suggestion but i really prefer to have an i5 gaming cpu. I already got an i3 3rd gen asus laptop. The problem is, im not satisfied playing on low/mid settings.

R7 360 is for medium 1080p gaming (gets 60 fps in battlefield 4 1080p medium)
try searching for the r7 260x/r9 270 (better than r7 360) card as the 200 series are extreme cheap at the moment
360/260/260x has better dx12 support than 270
but 270 is more powerful than them
