Title ^ (thank you for reading this...uh not the title part, im not being a smart ass)
Switching from a gtx 970 and trying a r9 390x and i keep stalling at the windows logo (second card attempt).
Using windows 7 64bit
uninstalled all amd and nvdia drivers with DDU and re atempted to install amd drivers and I still cant get passed windows logo
when I uninstall all amd drivers I get passed windows logo
when I then download and install the drivers (tried downloading them 3 different times just in case I somehow downloaded a corrupted version or something went wrong when downloading somehow) and reboot, I then can't get passed windows logo
Anyone have any ideas besides starting a clean windows?
-I also disabled on board graphics in the bios
-my power supply is an hx 750
-I tried placing the graphics card in another pcie slot or whatever they're called and reinstalling the drivers, still no go
I'm out of ideas.
