cpu cooler for nzxt phantom 240

Im currently looking for cpu coolers for my 15 4960k - gtx 970 - nzxt phantom 240, and I heared that CM hyper 212 evo doesn't fit my nzxt 240 case so I'm looking for a great cpu coolers 4 under 50$.

The 212 EVO should barely fit according to specs,but i saw a thread here where someone had a 212X which just pushed against the window.

I think i would go with the mugen 4 which is 157mm high and the case supports up to 158mm.Read some reviews about it.
