Which pre-built pc is better?

They will perform the same in gaming.

However, the more expensive one has a slightly better CPU and a 1TB HDD instead of 500GB

The cheaper one has a 500w psu while the more expensive one has 600 as well as a pre-installed water cooler. I feel like it looks good.

Yeah, but my friend doesn't want to risk damaging anything and he's not really good with these things (I cringe too).
