So I ran a couple stress test and found that Prime95 stressed it the most, I ran it for only 4 tests...out of the 8 because my temps I felt were getting too high.

My Build:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition OVERCLOCK AT 4.3GHZ
CPU Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series™ H100i GTX Extreme Performance Cooling
Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 1866
Video Card: ASUS STRIX-GTX970
Case: NZXT H440
Power Supply: CORSAIR CX600M
Operating System: Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hopefully these specs help make the judgement of whats up with these such high temps.

Solution
70C using Prime 95 on a fx8320 is fine. The H100i is doing its job.

You should find that at idle its less than 40C and while gaming less than 60C - if 20C ambient. Which is ideal.

I've just written a thread on here because I am getting 70 degrees on heavy load with an 8350. So does that mean it's ok then? I thought 70 was beyond the thermal margin threshold and dangerous for this CPU??

I have a 8350 with stock cooling but when I play cs my temps go from 55 idle all the way up to 75-80 then my screen starts flasing (5 seconds playing cs then 2 seconds of black then again picture and then black and so it goes) I have replaced the paste twice and nothing I really do not know what is the problem anymore.
