I'm overclocking my 6300. I have a hyper 212 Evo. Using AMD Overdrive, I was able to get to 4.0 GHZ. I decent OC. I want to get to 4.2-4.3ghz. But when I try bumping up the voltage. The numbers get highlighted in Orange. My PSU is a Corsair CX430M. My motherboard is a Gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3.
Also, why do people recommend OCing in BIOS instead of using desktop programs.
