You might be lucky and be able to sell it to someone who knows nothing about PC's for more. Especially since it's had a few years usage. I'd be surprised if you get any extra.

@WOLVES4EVER01...Motherboard, brand new check, RAM Brand New Check, gpu: yes may be a bit old but before i had the gtx 480 i was rocking a radeon r7 240 2gb ddr3 and this GPU is SO MUCH FASTER....oh and CPU Brand new check...Came out of a Lenovo Thinkserver ts140...so in regards to your comment about the desktop being old...the gpu is like 4 yrs old yeah but everything else is like months old and runs fanstatsic
