Any possibility of restoring my computer is cut off by access denied prompts. Even in safe mode with command. I'm not allowed to access corrupt files. I need a nuclear fix for these corrupt files. Any ideas?

what happened to need a restore (was it virus issues??)?

what files are you denied access to? - a screenshot would help if you can get us one.

what operating system are you using?

what have you tried so far? (stops us going over stuff you have already done :))
