Hey guys m planning to buy a new PC Under INR.45000($710) so please help me build one.
I'll be using mainly for gaming and include Moniter(20" or more) and UPS in this budget.

and won't consider to get SSD for now i might buy it later.

Okay. Then you will need to slightly increase your budget. That GPU will cost Rs.17K at least in indian market.

I listed out the best bang for buck parts available in indian market at preset. If the budget was around 60K, I would have suggested an Intel built with a higher GPU. But budget as always, is the biggest constraint. SSD is optional. They are way too highly priced right now. But used items are available at ebay for around 3900Rs.

I would definitely not suggest a duel core processor for future gaming with dx12. OP will need the best parts for the money and fx6300 will do just fine for him. Duel core processors have been on the minimum requirement list of games for some time now.

With new cards transitioning into dx12, it will utilize all of the available resources in the computer and more cores of CPU will definitely help a lower power GPU in this.
