Hi. I currentlyhave the stock heatsink installed on my i3 4160. But the stock heatsink gets very loud and i would like it to be more quiet. I was thinking of getting an Antec Kuhler H20 650 water cooler, but after reading reviews, apparently the fan from the radiator gets very loud. What would you suggest I dont mind air or liquid cooling but i would like to have a cooling option that is quet. My budget is around $70. Thanks
