I have been researching computer parts and learning more about building a pc. This is my first build.
There are some parts im almost sure im getting.
-Gtx 970
-I5 4690k (Unless theres a better option)
- GSKILL ripjaw (8gb ram)
My budget is 1200 dollars canadian. It would really help if someone could tell me what I need to get for tools as well. Im looking for a case that will fit all the parts nicely and a good cooler. Thanks in advance

That case only supports a 150mm cooler so that 160mm one you picked will not fit.

The height of the cooler must not exceed 150mm from the motherboard.
PSU should not exceed 260mm.

Thanks for helping. In that list is there anything missing that I will need? I know I need an os and an optical drive, is there a way you could include that in the price? is there any tools i will need to put my PC together?

The only thing you will need to put it together is phillips screwdriver and if you want anti-static wrist wrap or you could just touch non-painted piece of metal to get rid of static
