What should be the first one? CPU or GPU ?
My budget is limited for now, about 300$

My spec :
CPU : i3-2100 @3.1 GHz
GPU : Digital Alliance GTX 660 2GB
Motherboard : Gigabyte H61M-SP2
RAM : 8 GB

Thanks.

I'd say get the SSD as upgrading the processor to a significantly better processor for that motherboard exceeds your budget (buying new) or at least comes very close and it's still out of date. Upgrading to a new series processor means upgrading to new motherboard as well. That could well mean a new OS license is required as well (depending on what you have installed now). What you could afford wouldn't provide enough of a performance increase to be worth the cost.

Same goes for the graphics card. Without upgrading your processor, any upgrade you made would be insignificant.
