I would like a gaming computer mainly just for being able to play league of legends on very high with 60+ fps. Id also like skyrim and fallout new vegas to be playable on it if thats possible.

here you go, it is just under 500$ and is all from newegg or outletPC

You will want to overclock the graphics card though, Not the cpu, it is fine.

also consider buying the hdd off of newegg, It will cost a few bucks more but all of your parts will be in one order except the OS.

Better than the above build and cheaper before rebates. I would go for this for sure. Skyrim HATES AMD CPUs. Even an i3 beats an fx8350. LoL runs better on intel as well. Plus you can upgrade to an i5 later on easily.

i was going to try to put an i3 in there but i couldn't within budget after rebates. I agree that the i3 is better but if he fills rebates then this will fit his budget and the 6350 performs better than the i3 in some games.

if he doesn't bother with rebates then i agree he should either get that or something else within budget
