I have had my Razer DeathAdder 2013 for nearly two years, and it has served me well. The mouse fell off my desk this morning, and I noticed that the left mouse-button would get stuck on something as it went down. Upon further inspection, one of the pieces that connects the outer shell to the mouse had broken off in the connect slot...

The mouse is still under warranty, but will Razer replace it since it was physical damage? Any help is appreciated!

Manufacturers warranties are not intended to cover user damage (even accidental) from a fall.

That is not routine or intended usage, even if it a frequent mishap with computer mice.

Some manufacturers or retailers may decide to cut you a break, but I wouldn't count on it.

Personally, I wouldn't bother trying to get replaced under warranty, and would just buy a replacement. My opinion is that such claims make it easier for manufacturers to justify making warranty process difficult for everyone else.
