FX-8320 at stock clock speeds Idle 30 C?

I am using the corsair h90 in pull and my idle temp is around 30C is this a normal temp? I expected cooler since I am using a watercooler. I ran prime 95 for around 30 minutes and the max temp was 57 C. I used HWmonitor for temp readings.

55C for prime95 is good too.
