I'm installing Linux (Antergos) and it wants to know which drive I would like to use for bootloader installation. I have an SSD for Windows, a one TB storage drive for windows, and a one TB storage drive I bought hjust for Linux. Which drive should I put the bootloader on. I'm scared to lose any data on my drives that aren't for Linux so please help.

To play on the safe side - disconnect (unplug SATA cables) from your SSD and Windows HDD, then start installing this strange distro. It will install its stuff on the only available hard drive. When you are ready, reconnect the other drives, and use BIOS boot menu to choose whether to boot WIndows (off SSD) or Linux
I'm not familiar with that distro, however most use the GRUB bootloader, which will allow you to select between different OS. These days I use MINT and during its install it will detect any other operating systems and adds those to the GRUB menu for you.

I usually then modify the GRUB options to decrease the amount of time before selecting a default, and remove options.
