i5 Ivy Bridge 3,3 ghz
asus P8H 61-M LX
xfx 7770 core edition
4x1 DDR3 1333mhz kingston
1 standart mouse
1 standart keyboard
1 TB Toshiba HDD 7200rpm
1 CD/DVD recorder/reader

Available PSUs at the shop near me:
Cooler Master Extreme V2.01 PCAR 500w (Model RS500-PCARA3-US)
Cooler Master Extreme V2.01 PCAR 550w (Model RS550-PCARE3-US)
Cooler Master Extreme V2.01 PCAR 600w (Model RP600-PCARE2-US)

I see you have ATX size motherboard so you need to have ATX case, so yes it will fit.

For the PSU get one from Tier 1 or 2
