I have installed a new RAM Corsair PC12800 4GB to my Asus A46CM, i think it fits with the laptop spec. After one or two hour my laptop keep restarting, always like this with a new RAM. Do you know what's the problem ? Is it my RAM that has a problem or what ?

Ok, let's take a step back. So I really understand this, the computer works fine with the old RAM, but does not work with the new RAM? Than the issue is with the new RAM, and not the MB. Some of the these older systems can really be a pain to try and upgrade.
Could you explain me what do you mean with "Some of the these older systems can really be a pain to try and upgrade" ? What do you think if i buy or exchange my new RAM with the same type as my MB existing RAM, could it fix this problem ? What i'm afraid is the new RAM is not compatible with my MB, but i already matching the RAM Type such as PC12800, then the voltage of the RAM, is there any spec that i need to see before buy a new RAM ?

You will need to match the specs on the original RAM. It should be the same speed as well as DDR2 or DDR3.
