Will AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB DDR5 be able to run GTA V on low?

Here are my specs (hopefully they are specific enough)
16GB RAM (From DELL, don't know what it is specifically)
CyberPower CPVC7770 AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5
EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE, 600W Power Supply 100-B1-0600-KR
Intel i7-4790 3.60GHz
64-bit operating system
Windows 7

At 1080p yes you should be able to play GTA V at 40 to 50fps. Either way though it's time for an upgrade my friend.

I OWN ONE and let me tell you it is a pretty good experience playing GTA V. My settings aren't even that low (1080p + mostly med settings)! The settings are all in the middle, except texture quality, because it uses too much VRAM. I run at ~40 fps.
