I am looking for a laptop with
16 GB RAM or above
4 GB GPU
2.90 GHz or above
Windows 7
where i can smoothly run 3ds Max,Maya,Realflow,Nuke and other compositing software's
please suggest best options

How is Lenovo Y50

I will need to know your budget.

I would try and get a workstation if it is possible as these will run the programs you have said better.

If you increase the budget to around $1600 you should be able to get a good barebone laptop with a gtx 970 or 980m. This is if you are a series 3d modeler or compositor.
