A good gaming pc build for £600 or less

i want to build a pc that will be able to run games at high settings at 50+ fps. The build I would like to have an ssd in and it will need to have an OS include in the price. If possible an output for HDMI. I would also like to be able to upgrade in the future without having to make a whole new build.

The SSD choice was though, I hope 128 GB cn satisfy you otherwise you need to rise the budget.I originally wnted to put the H100i cooler but the 240 EVO will do the job.This the unlocked pentium and you have to overclock it to about 4.5 GHz
