I need an idea on how to refit my ssd holding compartment or how to create a new one because of a slight problem with my system.

I received my second msi gtx 970 today so as to fit it in sli mode with my other same model. However I had this problem with my ssd being in the way of the second card. basically my ssd bay has 2 slots which sit at the top of my hard disk cage they face toward the rear or my pc. my second gpu when installed is parallel with these slots so i have no space to plug in the cable.. for the ssds.

my temporary fix was to remove the ssd bays and just basically stick down my ssd to the top if my seagate hard disk and have the cables plug in at the closed side of my pc. in line with my seagate cables. however i would like a suggestion on if there's a way to create a new ssd bay somehow or to modify the case somehow? or should i just leave the system as it is now??? i am not sure if its ok to have my ssd drive stick to the top of my seagate lol
