Without knowing which router, that's pretty much impossible to answer. You will find the procedure in your router manual however. If you have misplaced it, you can download it off the manufacturer's web site.

It's kind of like asking where's the nearest gas station w/o telling anyone where you are.
1. Look at your router.... it will have manufacturer name and model number on it.
2. Type the manufacturer name and model number into the search window of your web browser ... for example "Netgear 6300 manual"
3. The above step takes you here:
http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/R6300V2/R6300v2_UM_13Aug2014.pdf
4. Look at the index and you will see that the procedure is described in detail on page 93.
The procedure will be DIFFERENT for each manufacturer and often even by model number. If you are going to keep that information a secret, there is nothing else anyone can do for you.
