Hi, I am upgrading my PC and would like to know whether these components would work with each other. I am changing the CPU, Graphics Card and Power Supply.

Do you want to overclock? What is your budget? The mobo will not support new i5/i7s without a bios update at the minimum.

i dont mind spending extra on a motherboard, prefer to keep the cpu and graphics. how difficult is a bios update?

Also i dont plan on overclocking

I would change the PSU to a more reliable one. Not that that unit is particularly bad, but there are better ones for the price.

Also, you need an h97 motherboard to avoid needing to do a BIOS update.
