Can i run 2 monitors while one of them is running through the Intel HD graphics ?

I have got the Gigabyte R9 280X graphics card and i also have the Intel HD graphics installed to my motherboard, can i run two monitors whilst one of them is connected to the Intel HD graphics and the other to the R9 280X ?
