I have an intel i7 860 4 cores 4 threads clocked at 2.8 Ghz and i have a gtx 760 from asus 500 watt psu 8 gn ram ddr3 250 gb ssd, in games like unturned at max settings i ghet 30 fps wich is low and my gpu usage fluxuates betwwn 30 and 60% but i aslo only have 40 % cpu usage wich is weird please help ??!

You didn't note what resolution you are running. if 4k, that's normal, if 1080i, then that would be an issue. It also matters how much memory you have as well.

It's not the CPU itself bottlenecking, It's the frequency it's at. 2.8 is pretty low for todays standards but considering you have a GTX 760 which isn't an extremely powerful card, most likely it's the card itself that's bottlenecking. What games are you having problems in?

It's nothing to do with your hardware at all, Unturned is an extremely low graphic MMO, Plus it's Free to play. Those games are never optimized properly. It's completely the game itself, nothing to do with hardware obv.
