$700 budget for a CPU and mobo? Lol. Well even the best gaming CPUs on the market (i7 3rd, 4th, and 5th gens) only range up to about 350 and the motherboard will only run you 150 so you got plenty there to get the best of the best. Most people's budgets are 300 to 400 when it comes to a CPU upgrade
