I have a ASRock Z97 Extreme6, i cannot get the microphone to work. I can hear sounds from headphone and the headphones do work

We provide few ways for you to verify.
1.Please load BIOS default setting.
2.Please refer below link to re-install Audio driver for try. http://
3.Please check your microphone be installed on the pink audio jack.
4.Please check your microphone device be set as default in playback device.
5.Please install the microphone to front or rear audio jack for try.
6.If you have another microphone, please change it for verify.
