question about memory speed

Hi guys. I have a Asus B85 Pro Gamer. I want to buy the Kingston HyperX 2x4gb 1600mhz. I wonder that when I put the ram in, will it run at 1600mhz or 1333mhz? The ram doesn't have xmp so if it runs at 1333mhz, can I set it to 1600mhz in the bios? Thank you.

But the Corsair has XMP so I can set it to run at 1600mhz in the bios right?

Or maybe if you know any ram that I can run at 1600mhz at all time?
