My sons Xbox one says it's connected to wifi... AnD NAT is open... But he cannot online multiplayer due to a message...referencing the Ethernet cable .... But there isn't an Ethernet cable connected ...its using wifi....COULD HE OF changed or switched something by error for Xbox one to say that? All other Xbox in house work fine off the wifi
