Intel Core i5-4440 @ 3.10GHz with a gtx 750 ti will it bottleneck?

i have the Intel Core i5-4440 @ 3.10GHz and i am considering buying a gtx 750 ti but i am concerned i will not get the full performance of the card will someone with some knowledge of this please tell me if my processor will bottleneck my graphics card? thank you

what about the r9 280 will it not get bottlenecked either because right now i have a raedon hd 6570 and im sure that is botttlenecking the processor even more

NO not at all GTX 750 TI will not bottleneck I5 4400 as they both were released under 2014 also they will perform mostly the same but you should consider buying GTX 960 for bang of bucks performance

Considering the above answer you shout get GTX 960 for awesome performance

As mentioned above, no it will not bottleneck the 750ti. It is capable of handling any graphic card(s) on the market. What is the system used for? Gaming?

Your 6570 will hold you back in GPU intensive games, if you want to play at higher settings upgrade your GPU. There is no reason to consider the 750ti unless your system is small form factor and a single slot 750ti is the best card you can fit, or if your power supply is a low wattage unit. Which power supply are you using? Do you have a budget for the new graphics card?
