In 1995, Intel saw that the existing power supply designs were literally running out of power. The problem was that the existing standards used two connectors with a total of only 12 pins providing power to the motherboard. In addition, the connectors used were difficult to properly key, and plugging them in improperly resulted in short-circuiting and damage to both the motherboard and the power supply. To solve these problems, in 1995 Intel took the existing popular LPX (PS/2) design and simply changed the internal...
Any ATX power supply will fit in that case. And most power supplies are ATX sized anymore.

What you need to do is either list what all you are going to put into this system, so we can make some suggestions on what capacity power supply you actually need to buy.

Now after all of that, guess what I found.... A review of the In-Win Mana 136 case right here on Tom's Hardware. So I am going to quote one part of it...

With no top hole to run our eight-pin ATX/EPS 12 V power cable and no space above the motherboard to even place a hole, we ran the CPU power cable around the motherboard’s perimeter.

So if the ATX power supply fit that case in 2011, I believe I can state with 100% certainty that it still will.

I rest my case.
