hi

can any one told me what should i take for my own pc ?

msi z97 gaming 5 vs asrock z97x killer

Solution
I will say msi
I really dont have any issue with msi motherboard
and my friends also think msi good as well
and if you go newegg, and check with the msi z97 gaming 5
I think you can easier to see about the detail with it.
the spec between those two is really similar
all base on the colors,
if you want more read, pick asrock, more black, pick msi

Both have 8 phase power designs so about equal there, OCing isn't that hard with any Z97, just need to keep an eye on temps and voltages. I've worked with the Killer and it's a nice mobo to work with, as mentioned, not a lot of faith in MSIs QC (I get more trouble calls on their mobos than any 2 other manufacturers put together) so I wouldn't push OCing on their mobos

I would never use a MSI motherboard. If you want a budget motherboard I would recommend a Gigabyte board any-day. Mid range I'd suggest ASRock, passed the mid-range area, Gigabyte, ASUS or ASRock are king. Out of the two boards you mentioned, I agree with Tradesman and I would go with the ASRock for sure.
