I have a sony vaio laptop with genuine windows 7 home basic and i am willing to upgrade it to windows 10 post 29th july when microsoft will be giving it for free download. I dont have a recovery dvd of my OS so i just wanted to know that when after 1 year i wish to rollback to win 7 again then how do i do it??

do not upgrade yet to the last OS, as there are serious compatibility issues. please read this:

I upgraded to Win8 a couple if years ago, and still had to much trouble with the drivers. after one year I rolled back to its original OS.
