So...my power supply is capable of 300W, and i was about to buy this graphics card to upgrade my previous HD 5450 512mb (64-bit): http://www.gigabyte.com.ro/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5113#ov

The problem is that it is 64-bit, and im asking for the difference between a 64-bit card and a 128-bit card...also, if the card i've chosen isnt good for few games (GTA V,MicroVolts, Dota 2, Team Fortress...maybe some games that will come out cause i wanna try them out :D) then could you recommand me a good graphics card for my 300 W power supply to handle the games mentioned above ?
Thanks.

In answer to the first question: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-review,review-32899-2.html although the GTX730 is a little bit of an oddball here, usually the larger memory bitrate will result in a faster card-assuming both cards use the same memory type.

Please supply full system specs or link to the manufacturers website so we can see what you wish to upgrade, 300Watts of power suggests this is a prebuilt (Dell, HP, Lenovo etc) and as such may be in a small form factor (compact) case which will restrict the cards available.
And also, how much of your money can we spend for you? ;)

Games like GTA V are very demanding, DOTA 2 is also quite demanding so to get good gameplay at reasonable settings on a 1080 monitor...

The difference between 64-bit and 128-bit is how much data the memory bus on the card can process at one time. It depends on your resolution, but there really isn't a card that will run GTA V at any reasonable settings on a 300W power supply, unfortunately.

Games like GTA V are very demanding, DOTA 2 is also quite demanding so to get good gameplay at reasonable settings on a 1080 monitor you'll realistically need to look at the GTX750 or GTX750Ti, sadly none of the AMD cards at this price/performance level will run safely off the existing 300Watt power supply.

The GT 730 is a significantly more powerful card, but it's still a very low-end card so don't expect fantastic performance out of it. It barely makes the minimum requirements for GTA V for example. It will run World of Warcraft or Starcraft 2 or LoL or DotA 2 well if that's what you're interested in.
