Hello Turbasu Chatterjee,

All prices are based on local retail market [PC components sold online are over priced. So I suggest you get it from local retailer].

Consider these parts:

Intel i3 4160 Rs. 7800
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Rs. 6650
Antec VP Series 550W Power Supply (VP550P) Rs. 3650
Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB) 8GB 1600Mhz Rs. 4600
MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2GB Rs. 16000 [If MSI not available, get ASUS GTX 960 STRIX DC2 OC, same price]
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB Rs. 3500
Antec GX300 Window Mid ATX Cabinet Rs. 3300

Total Rs. 45500

Notes:

- The H97 chipset based Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H allows you to upgrade in future to any of the Haswell Processors i5 4460/4590/4690, i7 4790. Also this board supports the Haswell Refresh i3 4160 right out of the box, without any BIOS updates. The H81/87/B85/Z87 chipset based motherboard do not even recognize the Haswell Refresh processors without the BIOS updates. Hence, I've included the H97 chipset based motherbaord.

- The MSI GTX 960 comes with Twin Frozr cooling tech that offers better cooling, near silent operation, stability and great performance.

- The GTX 960 only require a 430W PSU that can deliver 20Amps or more on its +12V rail.

- The Antec 550W can deliver a quality 45Amps on its +12V rail, which is future proof and more than enough to power this setup. This PSU also gives you the option to upgrade any of these graphics cards in future with NVIDIA GTX 970/980, AMD R9 280X/380.

- 8GB RAM is more than enough and still the sweet spot for gaming.

Cheers!
