PSU Wattage Requirements for HD 7750 or GTX 750 Ti?

I am going to start off with the 7750 and then upgrade to the GTX 750 Ti later on. I am going to get a 500 watt PSU and I was wondering if this one is good enough for my graphics card. I used to use a standard 300 watt ATX PSU for my 7750 so a regular 500 watt model should be okay. Any thoughts? Cheers!

A quality 300W unit would probably be fine with the HD 7750, it is only like 70W or something on it's own.

With the GTX 750Ti I'd go for a quality 400W+ unit.
