Bros,Im getting amd fx 6300 6 core black edition tomorrow.. as I'm having a budget build I'm going to get one of the above mobos..
Gigabyte ga-78lmt usb3 or Asus m5a78lm usb3?
Which is better? Both are at same price range..some says Asus got no vrm heat sinks which may be a negative point..confused.. help please :)

Solution
The gigabyte supports 1600 ram - you have to enable it manually in bios.

The Asus doesn't have vrm heatsinks but does have a very high quality vrm set.
The gigabyte board has a USB 3 front panel header ,the Asus doesn't.

You can still use a pci-express x1 card (WiFi etc) on the Asus with a GPU installed ,with the gigabyte you can't.

If you wanted to overclock on the asus an aftermarket blower style cooler rather than a tower would be my recommendation.

With the gigabyte it doesn't matter so much.

I've used both boards & pulled bigger overclocks on the Asus with the right cooler.

I won't over clock as it out of my hands.. but I want to have a better board with high quality, high ram frequency set and life time..and also gigabyte only supports 1333hz where Asus supports 1600 as I have corsair vengence....will that 1600 frequency ram makes much difference with 1333?
