Hi out there... I sure hope you all can help me figure whats going on here.
ok here is what my system consist of :

so Im having some blue screens and its running like a 3GHZ machine. Mostly "not responding" and freezes, like the system is super laggy, and just slow. im using a corsair h100i cooler as well in this antec 900 case.
im guessing its the cpu but i could be wrong all my windows updates are done daily im in windows 8.1 and i even took out most of the drivers and reinstalled them again but to no avail.
please let me know if you need more information.
ok so ive done several diagnostics on the hardware(no issues), fixed some dll issues, and even ran ccleaner a few times, but after all that im getting it must be some kind of incompatible program ...only 3 things in the startup so im finding it hard to locate this.
ahh so sorry yes its the SABERTOOTH 990FX
(AM3+), and GPu is the 290x oc edtion
but this pc should be super fast no issues no matter what i throw at it.
