after all the help i've gotten from the gents out here and the research i've done for my gaming PC (resident evil 6, the sims 3/4, farcry, etc in 720p-1080p smoothly). I've came up with this build.

PROCESSOR: i5-4460
VIDEO CARD: ASUS GeForce GTX 960 Strix 2GB 128Bit DDR5
MEMORY: 2x4GB Gskill RipjawsX CL91600MHZ
HDD: 1 TB WD Blue 3.5” SATA WD10EZEX
PSU: antec vp550p 550w
CHASSIS: Raidmax super viper red usb3.0
OS: windows 8

what do you think should be my mobo? ASRock H97 Anniversary, Asus H97M-e or gigabyte ga-h97m-d3h? What will be the most compatible? (if possible, i dont want to use an overclock because i dont know how and i dont want to cause my rig to overheat and crash hehe)

Solution
its a very solid low mid budget rig, couldnt make it any better. as for what mobo go for one that fits you budget and has decent specs that you like, such as fan pin, usb 3.0 available and such.

for overclocking you will need a K series CPU and a Z97 mobo, but you wont need to clock ur cpu higher anyways.

so its all good n solid.

if your close to a micro center the 4590 is 160. and the 4560k is 199.00 they also have mb combo deals.
on the ram the rips are gskill older ram. look at the aires ram line. try to pick up ram that has low heat spreaders in case you buy an after market heat sink you want the ram to fit under it.
if you think you might buy a higher end gpu latter on look at a higher wattage ps.
