i5 3570k overclock. How good are my temps? How much higher can I go?

So I've got a stable i5-3570k overclock at 4.2ghz and an offset voltage of +.015V(I can probably go lower but haven't tried). I'm getting idle temps of 38-40°C. I ran a small FFT in prime 95 and got a max of 84°C, I thought that was pretty high so I read around online and read about newer vs older version of prime95. I'm getting a max of about 76°C now in prime95 v26.6.

Are these temps good enough to go higher? My goal is to get to 4.5ghz if possible. I have a problem though as my system becomes unstable as soon as I go over 4.2ghz regardless of how much voltage I add so I need lots of load line calibration or something?
