Hello, my "cmd", says I'm attached to a DNS server (8.8.8.8), a friend of mine suggested that this is causing me internet problems. Is there a way to get rid of this DNS server? or my internet problems have another source? Here's a screenshot http://postimg.org/image/ya5h7lgtr/
A friend of mine suggested that I must restore my old DNS, from my ISP, but I don't know how to do that.

I am having unusually High ping during video games, a few days ago I did a couple experiments on proxies and vpns. My friend gave a wild guess and said that I might've not turned a proxy off or something, which is slowing down my internet speed.

DNS has nothing to do with this. However, if you were messing around with proxies that could do this. I suggest you "roll back" everything you changed and then try it.
