hello, my cpu is getting more usage 95-100 percent in gta v when in city while the gpu is getting less then 80 percent, isnt this "bottlenecking", although when i go into the countryside, gpu usage is 98-100 percent yet still my cpu is getting between 95-100 percent, people with same chip as me get much lower usage apparently, im not sure what the problem is here, and my temps are fine, cpu @ 1.200v 60c while playing this cpu intensive game, gpu never goes above 60c either, so no throttling occuring, please someone help, im out of ideas

Solution
Well unless I am totally out of the loop they must be using V-Sync or some other artificial performance/framerate limiter to not be always at near 100% utilisation on either the CPU or GPU when playing games.

If there is no limit the system will work to it's maximum potential when under load, and your framerate is limited by one or more of your components hiting its limit, if this wasn't the case you would have a theoretically infinite framerate would you not?

Try using V-Sync or some other Framerate Limiting Software like RivaTuner Statistics Server and you will see your utilisation reduced assuming your hardware is capable of reaching the limit you set.

Are you running with V-Sync on? If not, either your CPU or GPU will always eventually become a bottleneck as they are running at their maximum potential whereas with V-Sync enabled they only run at the usage necessary to maintain your monitors Refresh Rate.

Thank you, i always use v sync anyway lol, makes it feel more smooth imo, but i was just seeing if everything was ok, i looked at other benchmarks and exact same thing happens pretty much, so i guess theres no problem :)
