Hi,
There are some coolers that will keep even the 4790K safe. I wouldn't recommend overclocking and chip with one of these coolers on it.
Any of these coolers will do, and they probably won't interfere with ram.
Zalman FX100, Thermalright HR22, NoFan CR95c
